片、盐、胡椒粉裹在锡纸里用烤箱烤,新鲜的可以清蒸然

FLOUNDER-龙利, 比目鱼一类的鱼,扁扁的,新鲜的清蒸,冷藏的切块红烧、油炸都可

RED SNAPPER-一种买得挺贵的海鱼,我会用胡椒粉、盐稍腌,然后煎的金黄,加点新鲜番

块、一点番茄酱、水、汤稍稍焖一下,然后开吃,非常不错!

COD-鳕鱼,我的至爱,可以直接用点盐、胡椒粉腌一下,然后加葱白、天津冬菜放在干荷

上清蒸,蒸好后撒青葱花、芫荽(香菜)碎,然后浇上滚烫的热油!好吃!还可以腌好后煎
得金黄,然后倒入加了糖和姜汁的酱油煎入味!

SWORDFISH-剑鱼,我通常把剑鱼切块裹鸡蛋液然后沾上面包糠油炸,沾甜酸酱吃
