本文提出了插空公平隊列(IFQ)調度演算法。由於該方法考慮了ATM網路中不同種類連接的特性，能充分利用網路資源。理論分析和模擬實驗表明，IFQ演算法能為G連接提供預約帶寬保證和確定的時延上界，滿足業務的實時傳輸要求。同時IFQ調度演算法還具有連接獨立性特點，能靈活地分配帶寬資源。
In this paper a novel scheling algorithm called IFQ(Interpolation Fair Queueing)is proposed.Since IFQ concern with the differences of all kinds of connections in ATM networks，the bandwidth can be used efficiently.Exact analysis and simulation shows IFQ can provide minimum cell rate to connection and the delay bound of connection can be guaranteed.With the character of connection dependence IFQ can allocate resources flexibly.
